After many years as owners and hosts of our highly rated boutique guest farm, restaurant & wedding venue in South Africa, we arrived on the beautiful Island of Menorca in 2022.

We work hard to source sustainably - in-season and fresh, cooking with locally sourced produce that’s kind to you and the planet. From farm to fork, we put the tastiest of ingredients to work in our menus.
Rob trained as a chef in South Africa, working in a 5 Star hotel in Cape Town before running his own restaurant. Passionate about locally produced sustainable food, he spent five years nurturing a large vegetable & herb garden and cattle herd to create true “farm to table” food experiences. Rob’s taste for flavours are what makes Denada, Denada.
Alex has worked for many years in financial services before he and Rob decided to work together. They bought a farm in South Africa and created their first luxury guest farm experience. Building this from scratch, growing it into a successful business, they sold it in 2020. And that brings us to today. Alex’s love of hosting brought to the Island of Menorca.
